A graduate of Loyola Law School and a former member of the California State Bar, he is one of the first certified Immigration Specialists. While in private practice, he obtained an AV rating (the very highest) from Martindale Hubble. His list of former clients includes sports teams, athletes, celebrities, entertainers, scientific innovators, artists, and captains of industry. He has co-authored a two-volume treatise, “Handbook on Immigration Law,” and participated as a guest speaker or lecturer at many local and national conferences. Since 2004, he has worked as a compliance coordinator for several EB-5 Regional Centers and a consultant to several immigration law firms in Southern California. He brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of the immigration spectrum.
